Delete Account & Data
Request permanent deletion of your Fixlith Scan account and all associated data.
What will be deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed within 72 hours:
- 👤 Account profile (name, email, phone)
- 🚗 All vehicles in your garage (VIN, make, model, year)
- 🔍 Diagnostic scan history and DTC records
- 📊 Live data sessions and sensor logs
- 🤖 AI analysis history and usage records
- 📱 Device registrations and login sessions
- 📝 Bookings and reviews you submitted
- 📧 Newsletter subscription (if any)
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once deletion is processed, all your data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Method 1 — Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account:

Open Fixlith Scan and go to Settings

Tap Profile

Scroll down and tap Delete Account

Confirm deletion — your account and all data will be removed immediately
Method 2 — Request via this form
If you can't access the app, submit a deletion request below. We will process it within 72 hours.
Data Retention Policy
After deletion:
- Your personal data is deleted within 72 hours
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes
- Legal records (e.g. purchase receipts) may be retained for 90 days as required by law
- Apple/Google subscription management is handled separately by the respective platform — please cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account
Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your device settings before requesting deletion.
