By downloading, installing, or using Fixlith Scan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Fixlith Scan is a mobile application that provides vehicle diagnostics via OBD-II / ELM327 adapters. The App allows users to read diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), monitor live data from their vehicle's electronic control unit (ECU), and access additional features such as AI-powered diagnostic insights.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Fixlith Scan Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Important: Fixlith Scan is a diagnostic information tool only. It does NOT replace professional vehicle inspection or repair services. Always consult a qualified mechanic or authorized service center for vehicle repairs and safety-critical decisions.
All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other intellectual property related to the App are owned by Fixlith Scan and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data — including vehicles, scan history, bookings, and subscription status — will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store or Google Play settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fixlith Scan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixlith Scan, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
